Step 1: Check permissions

Step 2: Verify audio devices

  1. Make sure the correct microphone and speaker are selected.
  2. Try reconnecting headphones or a headset.

Step 3: Retry the call

  1. Close and reopen the browser.
  2. Start a new call and test audio.
