Troubleshooting Connection

Improve call stability on slow or unstable networks.

Step 1: Check your network

  1. Switch between WiFi and mobile data if possible.
  2. Move closer to your router or signal source.

Step 2: Reduce network load

  1. Pause downloads or streaming on the same network.
  2. Close other apps that use the internet.

Step 3: Retry the call

  1. Close and reopen the browser.
  2. Start a new call and check connection quality.
